Morton College David Diego Rodríguez Tareas Homework assignments in this course are designed to help you apply the grammatical rules and theory that you have learned in class to a practical situation. Turning in the homework assignments on time is extremely important. Not only will you practice grammatical structure and pronunciation of the material covered in class, but also many quiz and exam questions come directly from the homework assignments. Studying your corrected homework assignments will improve your quiz and exam grades. I will not penalize you for turning in assignments late, but doing so will indirectly affect your quiz and exam grades. You may find that doing the homework with a study buddy is much easier and much more fun. Do not fall behind because you will never catch up again! You must save all corrected homework assignments in your Spanish Folder! First, you will first read the assigned chapter in Encuentros. Then, you will do the corresponding exercises in the textbook so that you may be prepared to answer when called on during class. After that, you will write out in your own handwriting the corresponding exercises in the workbook Encuentros: Cuaderno de ejercicios y manual de laboratorio. Afterwards, you must correct your own homework using the answer key located on pages 305-318. Your answers may vary from those of the answer key. Do not just copy the answers from the answer key as this defeats the purpose of the homework exercises. Do the homework with a pencil! ! Read the instructions carefully! Fill in the blanks in the workbook and turn in the assigned workbook pages only. If you wish to resell your workbook, you may photocopy the assigned pages and then do the homework. You must turn in the homework on the due dates listed below. The following is a tentative schedule for the homework assignments:
